"We stayed here for our final 2 nights in Ouarzazate. We booked the suite which easily accommodated us as a family of 2 adults and 2 children and was beautifully decorated and had an incredible view from the large terrace accessible from our room. Ali the host was friendly and accommodating of our family. "Very friendly, helpful staff. Property is charming, quiet and comfortable and has lots of character. A bit far from most points of interest, including Djama El Fna, about a 20 min. walk, half on noisy, traffic-filled streets. But easy enough to get taxis to and fro."

"They did not seem to expect us, as we arrived somewhat late (9pm). There was not a room available, so they put us in what seemed to be a family guest house that someone had been using throughout the day. The room was not clean. "

"Approaching from the main road on the unpaved street with partly finished neighbouring buildings was uninviting. Exterior of the riad looks nice but it faces onto the garden and isnt within view. Interior is tastefully decorated but the smell of the nearby farm animals wafting through the building was unpleasant. Our room was cold and even with the AC at maximum heat seemed to barely warm the room. Shower water was cold in the evening but warmer in the morning after electric boosting. Bed was...

"The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."

"Absolutely amazing experience, super helpful, friendly and fun warm and kind staff. This was a once in a lifetime experience enjoyed by my husband and I and our 2 children. The pool before we got the camels was lovely, the children were afraid to get up on the camels but the staff reassured them and made it work. The dessert was breathtaking. "It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out. The hotel has not been full, nor were a lot of people inside of the hotel. It was a really uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. We will definitely never stay at this property again. "

Majestic Stay at Kenzi Azghor – The Best in Ouarza

"Kenzi Azghor Hotel in Ouarzazate was hands down our best stay in Morocco! The hotel exudes a majestic charm, perfectly blending luxury with authentic Moroccan vibes. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight has to be the breathtaking swimming pool and terrace, offering stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and the surrounding landscapes. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Ouarzazate. We were also blown away by the restaurant—both the buffet dinner and breakfast were incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Our room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was plush, and the bathroom was large and immaculate. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Ouarzazate, Kenzi Azghor is highly recommended!"
