"This villa was incredible. Vera was super nice and very helpful. She met with us when she checked us in and gave us a TON of useful information. Everything about the home was clean and there were plenty of dishes/pots, etc. The photos of the home are beautiful but they simply don't do justice to how fantastic it is. "Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. "

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Mislav was very accomadating with a early check in - and change of plans we had to make. Mislav drove us to the grocery store and even helped us shop! The house is perfect for large family or friends. Every bedroom has a bathroom . The balcony and view were amazing. Mosquitos were a problem at night. "The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!"

"Can’t recommend this villa enough It is off a main road so a car or cabs are needed but it’s everything a family could ask for . The pool is lovely , the rooms are immaculate and the hosts go above and beyond to make your holiday the best . Thank you so much for our family holiday ;)"
