"The location was perfect and the room spacious but definitely not deluxe as it was advertised. Unfortunately the door handle fell off and the lighting wasn’t ideal. Lamps were loose and therefore not working and the bedside lamp obviously had a loose connection as it flashed on and off. I feel that it was a little expensive and I was surprised that we had to make our own bed and that nobody was actually at home to greet us. "We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"First the good: Fantastic location near Flensborg Fjord. Close to the Gendarme trail, close to many historical sites, e.g. Sønderborg Castle, Gråsten Castle - we really enjoyed this location. And then the rest: The house is basic at best. Small rooms, tiny kitchen, musty smell upon arrival. The yard which looks great on the pix is not very well maintained.
