"Only stayed here for one night but was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and very big! The 24/7 shop was also a great addition, whilst it might have been slightly more expensive than a supermarket/shop, the convenience of it trumped the price. There was a nice area near the shop to sit in as well as the gym, which even when sitting next to the room you couldn’t hear anything going on inside of it, so it was nice and private for anyone going in there. Good location as it wasn’t too far from Rotterdam Centraal and was near a good few attractions. Would definitely stay here again if I was to go back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rotterdam."

"Property is nice and accessible to bus stop. However, it would help if they have a big hotel sign of their name visible from the bus stop as the bus stop is on the bridge and can easily be missed at night - it is pretty dark."

"Overall very nice hotel, spacious well designed rooms. Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice."

"Best Western tries to provide a worthy stay in comparison to other Schiphol hotels. What made a difference at Best Western was Roland, the great person at the reception desk. Roland and his guest understanding and service makes this hotel special."

"nice and comfortable airport hotel, take in count 2 things, even tho is no in Amsterdam, it takes a short walk + a train of less than 30 minutes to reach the city center, however this ticket is not covered by the different day cards or i Amsterdam cards so if your plan is moving a lot in public transportation but mainly taking advantage of the i Amsterdam city card you will spend daily extra 13 euros in train."
