"Property was clean and very well located however it was extremely basic on amenities. Staff were very quick to reply to questions and beds very comfortable. No shower gel, no washing detergent for clothes, only one dishwasher tablet and no chopping board. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights and 4 people. We were told aircon cost extra 20 euro per night. This was not explained prior to booking. A high security deposit also was taken and our apartment was not where reception was."

"Amazing apartment, very modern and felt brand new! Very well equipped and clean. Comfy bed. Very well positioned about 15-20 minutes walk from Wenceslas square. The IP Pavlova metro stop and tram stop is literally a 2 minute walk away, aswell as places to eat and a Tesco express. Would definitely recommend. "

"This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this property. We arrived in Prague on an early flight and the hotel stored our luggage until we could check in. We were able to check in early as the staff searched for rooms that were available early! There was a staff member to help with our luggage. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and with good air conditioning. The TV connected to my phone so that we could watch programs accessed on my phone. Large, comfortable lounge area with bar. The included breakfast was a fine dining experience! Eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, juices, coffees, teas! Tablecloths and cloth napkins were changed as soon as a diner finished to be ready for the next diner. The price was very reasonable. If I should be so lucky as to come to Prague again, I would definitely plan to stay at this hotel located in the Old Town district which was within walking distance to the Old Town Square, National Museum and many other not-to-be-missed sights."
