"My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!) Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech. Děkuju, Barbora, Austin, a Pedro!"

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."

"We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"Stayed here loads of times with work. It’s well out of the city centre so don’t book it thinking you’ll be central, but it’s a nice hotel in a decent neighbourhood. I like it here"

"Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return. Has some great facilities and offferings at a great price. There is however a few thing that could be improved. TV in room was tiny No air con and was extremely hot during night Fan was provided but too loud to have on at night pool needed cleaned General condition of outdoor seating , benches etc where in need of repair."
