The toilet situated so close to the shower that you couldn't sit on it straight. The step down from the shower was very steep and we had a hard time hanging on to something to get out of it. "I was very pleased with our stay in Lüneberg, for my 3 adult member family the apartment was perfect. It offered a very cozy place to unwind at the end of long sightseeing days. We chose to eat out, but the kitchen was modern and efficient; the espresso machine was particularly appreciated by my wife. "We met up with friends in Hamburg and were thankful to find a property with sufficient rooms and 1.5 bathrooms located close to the Hamburg City Center. The property was as described. The layout is a bit funky with glass panels giving visibility into some rooms, the restroom windows going out to the walkthrough and one room having no windows at all. "Last review was from 2020. Unfortunately time has not helped. In May 2024 we encountered serious mold smell as we entered the apartment building, extending to the apartment. We had a serious allergic reaction to the mold and could not stay in the apartment. We left without unpacking and booked another hotel elsewhere. Neither the Owner nor Expedia through which we booked would refund the rental cost even though the apartment was uninhabitable to us."
