"Great location, very near the main square with lots of Amentiies. Very close to Bunny cafe and local little shops nearby. Spacious apartment with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc.. everything you need for a short break! Staff very helpful, the reception was in a different building to our apartment but apartment was close so didn’t cause any problems. Krakow is beautiful 💕"

"The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location within the town and easy to walk to places of interest. The staff were very nice and helpful with any requests that I asked for. There was reasonably good choice of things to eat for breakfast (which sounds better than some of the other hotels I heard about). This becomes the Black Duck restaurant in the evening, which is where we ate the first night. Good food and such lovely friendly staff. I loved the fact that you can get yourself a coffee in the morning and hot chocolate to take to your room at bedtime, from the self service machine on the first floor. I would definitely return to this hotel."
