"Our stay was great I really think is one of the best hotels in Aonang, the staff was very friendly and the best part was that we have a golf car that will drive us to our room which was amazing, we have the water view and I was really beautiful, the only thing was that next door they have a family with little kids that make a lot noise late into the night, so it will be nice if they have a family section, so other guests can’t be disturbed. Other than that we lived this hotel. "

"Everything was AMAZING! the property and our room was clean. Reviews said the bottom level had dirty rooms but ours was perfect. Staff were exceptional. "We enjoyed our 3 nights at Sand Sea Hotel. It is a very big hotel with entrance on both sides of Railay. I was glad I requested a room near pool on Western side. The staff are lovely and very efficient. Our room was very nice but we didn't have hot water on one day. The shower did lack maintenance. The pool didn't have enough shade so it would be good if they had a staff member watching deck chairs that are "reserved" with towels only for the guests to leave for hours and return when they were...

"Everything about this hotel was good except the staff. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms that we booked wasn’t available and that they were going to give us a smaller room with two twin beds. When we said that we paid more for our room the manager and the women working reception started laughing at us and saying well no refunds. After a while of us trying to get the room we paid for I was told by the manager that she wants to talk to someone else in our group while laughing and...

"The hotel staff are all so nice and friendly! Our room is pretty clean and spacious. The kettle was a bit dirty and the heater didn’t work at first, but the staff exchanged the kettle for us and fixed the heater quickly. It’s about 25min walk to Aonang beach, and 5min walk to Aonang night market. There’s many restaurants around the area, with family mart and 7-11 5min away from the hotel. Honestly, for the low prices, this is a really good deal. Would book again if I come back to Krabi!"
