"First time in Krabi. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean . With a lot of amenities. All the staff were very nice and professional. We stayed on a high end room. The room had a king bed , soaking tub and shower , jacuzzi, sun, and tanning area. Room service and laundry service.. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay magical. "Mr. and Mrs. S. stayed here for 11 nights. We were welcomed very nice and warm and felt like home right from the beginning. The resort and its staff is wonderful. The poolarea is great and we enjoyed many happy hours there. Special thanks must be given to the cook of the restaurant. He is understanding his job very well and we enjoyed everything he offers in the large menue. The waiters are also very kind and try to improve the overall experience. Sometimes things go a little weird and not exactly according to international standards. Here a little training could be set up, but this is a thing of the hotel management and certainly and foremost not of the staff itself in a 4* accomodation. Another interesting thing is the hotels neighborhood, an astonishing colllection of CBD shops, mushroom shops, massage shops, minimarkets and laudries, an incredible contrast. Not shure, if this is a good thing for Thailand and/or Krabi in the longterm. "Mai pen rai", the Thai motto when things don't go according to plans, helps a lot! Just smile and enjoy this beautiful resort in this beautiful country of Thailand -:)"

"It is a stunning, exceptional hotel. We booked a club room done bedroom suite. The room was the size of two rooms. We had a large king bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was the superstar—huge round jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks. Plenty of storage. Beautiful view over the resort with a slight sea view. Plenty of water topped up every day - the coffee machine. Great quality  toiletries. The club longue was a huge bonus. You can take breakfast there rather than main restaurant - you are given table service for eggs, also can have a glass of sparking wine with breakfast in club that is not offered in main restaurant. Main restaurant for breakfast has a wider choice of Thai and indian food. The club longue offered afternoon tea, between 2.30pm and 4pm and then happy hour with wine and snacks between 5.30pm and 7pm. This was really helpful. The staff in the club longue were very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall the service in this hotel was world class. "
