"My go to hotel in Yokohama. My room was not facing Yamashita park this time and my room was a bit small side in main building. I had facial due to the weather was very bad to go out and the service was wonderful too."

The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan! Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!"

"We really enjoyed this hotel (1-night family stay). It's a 5-minute walk from the station (and therefore the starting point for all Kamakura's attractions) in a very quiet, semi-pedestrian street. The staff were very courteous, helpful and available, and there was even an employee perfectly fluent in English. The room (double with an extra bed) was large for a Japanese hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only downside was that the room was too hot for our taste...

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu.
