"I enjoyed my stay here, right in Wenceslas Square so within walking distance of everything. The only problem for me was that there are very few toilets and showers. I was staying in an 18 bed dorm and I'm sure other dorms were also large, however there are only about 6 bathrooms available, often you have to wait a while to be able to use them. "

"As we walked to the hostel, the surrounding area was an industrial estate far removed from the tram service and in the middle of nowhere, there were strange men walking around topless. As soon as we got into the hostel we felt extremely uneasy as two young female travellers as there were more topless men leering at us. The mixed gender shared bathrooms had no doors and only curtains and the rooms were NOT what was advertised. The photos you see on the website are seemingly from 10 or 15 years...

"The hostel is ok, guys are friendly and very welcoming. It is 30 min walk from Prague’s downtown or a couple of Tram stops away. Tho you had a 5 min walk to the tram. Overall location would say is ok. Rooms on the other hand are not that clean. It’s hard when you have a 10-12 people room but even then rooms are dirty and sheets are not clean. The first bed they put me in had some bugs. The host was very proactive and changed me to cleaner room and bed, so really points for actually taking care...

"We had a great stay at U Kapra appts. Great communication prior to arrival. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to all the main attractions and close enough to pop back during the day if needed. The only slight negative was the construction work going on, the noise starts at 7am so there is no chance of a lie in. This will obviously only be temporary and would not say that this was a reason not to book. "
