Room was fantastic and this hotel was WAY WAY WAY better than the horrific stay in the Sydney Harbour Hotel two weeks previously. I cancelled my further stay at the Sydney Harbour Hotel and booked this one and am SO pleased I did. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definately stay here next time I am in Sydney."

"The property is at perfect location, walkable to everything. The room is clean. We booked a BR suite on level 43 and it has nice view of the Darling harbour even in the raining time. I wish slippers and shower cap is provided but well the room is clean so we walked bare feet. Coffee machine is provided so it was good to have a night cup (decaff is also provided) It was Friday so the check in was fast & as we were early we were allowed to go to L15 (arrival room) for coffee & relax. That's nice. Waiting for the lift is long so make sure you leave enough time or you may be late. Overall we like the property and will book again if needed."
