"The hotel was very new and very clean. The check in progress was really smooth, easy and well. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and left new slippers even when we didnt ask for them (our slippers were getting old by our 3rd day). the only small minor thing was the curtains. The curtains were not blackout, meaning that we got woken up by the shining sun in our faces at around 8:30 every morning. Other than this, I would totally recommend staying here! Good price, great quality of worth every penny"

"Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room. Then I was brought up a welcome tea :) The room was very clean, quiet, and luxurious. The heat seats on the bidet on cold mornings came in absolutely clutch. I used the room service a few times too. There was a good selection of foods in the room service menu. Food was good. The only thing I’d change was the shower gel and hair shampoo all smelled the same. The smell was a little too strong for me. Haeundae’s “Main Street” is only a flew blocks away and only takes 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. I will only stay here from now when I’m visiting Busan. This was supposed to be a quick recharge and relax visit for me and everyone there made it happen. Thank you. "

"The residence was lovely, close location to the beach, super spacious, like a home away from home. It didn’t have a washer so plan to walk to laundry mat, it’s not far but you will need to plan for that if staying for long durations. "

"부산에 처음 놀러갔는데 아스티 호텔이 부산역 바로 옆에 위치 해 있어 예약했습니다. 새벽에 도착했는데 하필 방 문 락이 고장나서 복도에서 좀 기다리고 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있어 곤란했지만 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 사람이 실수를 할 수 있기에 이런 상황에서 어떻게 대처하는 지가 중요한 것 같습니다. 비가 오는 날 프론트에서 유니폼 입은 여자 직원분이 우산도 대여해주시고 피트니스 문도 열어주시고 분실물도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다."

"I had a wonderful stay at Toyoko Inn in Busan! The hotel offers excellent value, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was tasty, and the nearby area is great for a comfortable stroll. It’s also only about 5-10 minutes to the busiest street, with plenty of food options around. Highly recommend for those looking for a convenient and affordable stay!"
