"The resort, service and location vere excellent. Only downside is that they allow guests to smoke weed on the balconies. It is not comfortable to smell the weed at the pool and in your room."

"Not recommended, when we arrived there for the check in, after paying 150$ For one night, they told us that they are not using the Expedia app anymore, and that they were not having any booking! When I called Expedia to ask for explanation and the refund they said We slept there and they kept the money! Make sure your holiday is safe and go somewhere else! Horrible treatment!"

"Beautiful property, but run down in bathroom. Bed so hard not very comfortable. Floors very slippery and dividing wall is glass.. not ideal. Pool was nice and cold loved the pool!… Not much concierge help with assisting luggage up all those stairs. Would be nice to see workers at the door to meet and greet and farewell. Service was great! location nice and quiet. Hire of motorbike was great too!.. Lovely staff! "

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ms. Ai was very helpful with booking ferries, organizing cleaning, assisting in motorcycle rentals and providing tips for our exploration of the islands. "Explorar is really great, after 12 days couldn’t fault it. Staff are lovely and resort is amazing. Only suggestion would be that they should run the activities like yoga etc daily rather than weekly and they should run more shuttles to the market and chaweng. "
