"Overall the Resort is very good, quite area, Staff and services are superb, the employees are always gentle and kind, they help in exceptional ways, the shuttle bus driver is a very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was ok but missing decaffeinated coffee and soy milk or others vegetable milk and not many choices for vegetarian people. The resort is quite far from Chewang area but that is totally fine because the area is very beautiful and the resort offers the free shuttle bus many times during the day. For sure a Resort in Koh Samui that I recommend. "

"We had a wonderful time, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a garden villa and were happy with how private it was, especially as the surrounding villas weren’t occupied. We almost booked the ocean view villa but the garden villa has more privacy and actually we could still glimpse the ocean from sitting on our font deck. Food was good! A great buffet breakfast with A la carte options. There was a thai food restaurant across the road that we really liked to eat at as well. One thing to note is that the main pool is a beach club daily so has loud house music playing from noon until 7pm which can be heard throughout the entire hotel. There is a quieter pool that we could enjoy. Before the beach club music the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, we had the loveliest mornings and evenings relaxing by the ocean and swimming in the pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our 1 year old enjoyed playing with the toys in the kids club room as well. "

"We’ve just had a fantastic 12 night stay at the CODE Samui hotel. The hotel itself was great with a spacious 1 bedroom room overlooking the infinity pool with views of the sea. The room was well equipped with kitchen including fridge/freezer, excellent air conditioning, tv with loads of international channels, separate sitting area with large sofa, a bathroom with rain fall shower and a big balcony with seats. As we were there to visit our son who is travelling, the hotel accommodated an additional bed for only 10000baht per day (~£25/day) so he could stay with us. The restaurant was reasonably priced compared to outside restaurants but when we wanted to venture out, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the road at the beach (as the hotel is up a hill) which was no more than 10 mins wait. The infinity pool was great and the fitness area was superb with gym, plunge pool, sauna & steam room. The one thing that makes a great hotel excellent is the people and all the staff (housekeepers, waiters/waitresses, reception etc) clearly take pride in their jobs and it made our guest experience even better. Special mention to Lay, Da, Som and Ben who looked after us every day from breakfast through to dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back to Koh Samui and the CODE hotel. "Just returned after 11 nights at coco palm and we loved it. Ok their are a few negatives but before I go on we are already trying to book the same villa for 2026. Breakfast is fine and will fill your belly though it’s the same choice every day which can be repetitive but the egg station was always a hit. The beach is shell like and isn’t the best to be fair but it is right next to the ferry terminal literally 20 metres from the property to the checkin desk which I guess it’s so popular for people on a night stopover to other islands. Room service is amazing the food was stunning and reasonably priced ( no rip off price at this hotel I can assure you. The free shuttle bus to fisherman village is brilliant we went most days. There’s a great bar just 50 metres from the hotel and happy hour cocktails are amazing at just 2.50 pounds a throw. There is 2 supermarkets and 5 restaurants within a five minute walk. The staff at the hotel are lovely but we have encountered better smiles on previous visits to Thailand. All in all if your just after a beach holiday and want to stay put then this place won’t suit you but if your preference is to drop your case and want to explore the island then you would be hard pressed to beat coco on their prices.
