"We loved our stay! The resort is beautiful and the staff is so kind and helpful. The amenities (gym, spa, multiple pools) were lovely, and the food was quite good with ample variety. We loved the peacefulness of the resort and surrounding area. The resort offers daily shuttles to other locations on the island, which is helpful given the remote location makes it somewhat difficult to get to other areas of the island. Something to consider if you want to be close to lots of busy action! Additionally, I agree with other reviewers that the "beach" is really just a local boat dock with frequent boat activity and occasional smells of gasoline. We still enjoyed our time relaxing, but this could be important if you're someone who wants to lay in the sand and swim in the ocean!"

"Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!"

"This was my happy place! A little oasis we stayed in one of the ‘huts’ with its own decking area and pond running along the path containing small fish and frogs! ‘Mod’ on reception was outstanding helping us with our travel plans. Very welcoming and nothing was too much to ask. On return from a trip one day was greeted with a room full of flowers 🌺 Very good food in the restaurant always served with a smile 😊 Set on stunning beach front with beautiful sunsets Only recommendation would be to update the pool area and add more sunbeds Extended our stay to 4 nights we enjoyed it so much! "Just returned after 11 nights at coco palm and we loved it. Ok their are a few negatives but before I go on we are already trying to book the same villa for 2026. Breakfast is fine and will fill your belly though it’s the same choice every day which can be repetitive but the egg station was always a hit. The beach is shell like and isn’t the best to be fair but it is right next to the ferry terminal literally 20 metres from the property to the checkin desk which I guess it’s so popular for people on a night stopover to other islands. Room service is amazing the food was stunning and reasonably priced ( no rip off price at this hotel I can assure you. The free shuttle bus to fisherman village is brilliant we went most days. There’s a great bar just 50 metres from the hotel and happy hour cocktails are amazing at just 2.50 pounds a throw. There is 2 supermarkets and 5 restaurants within a five minute walk. The staff at the hotel are lovely but we have encountered better smiles on previous visits to Thailand. All in all if your just after a beach holiday and want to stay put then this place won’t suit you but if your preference is to drop your case and want to explore the island then you would be hard pressed to beat coco on their prices.
