"Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food. "

"Amazing view from the room (even tho it was mountain side - still able to see a bit of sea view). Spacious clean room and looked newly renovated. Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again! "

"It's right next to the Toyohashi station - in a sense, the entrance is inside the station property, as the hotel is managed by JR. Very high level of service, clean room and professional staff. I keep coming back to this hotel."
