Negatives: should be no shirt, no shoes, no service in restaurant; no dogs in restaurant; 1 out of 2 coffee machines worked; after 30 mins belongings should be removed from pool loungers as people reserve then leave; as smoking of all types is permitted there should be a designated smoking area. "Overall the Resort is very good, quite area, Staff and services are superb, the employees are always gentle and kind, they help in exceptional ways, the shuttle bus driver is a very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was ok but missing decaffeinated coffee and soy milk or others vegetable milk and not many choices for vegetarian people. The resort is quite far from Chewang area but that is totally fine because the area is very beautiful and the resort offers the free shuttle bus many times during the day. For sure a Resort in Koh Samui that I recommend. "
