"Ace location, a easy walk anywhere in Chaweng. The property is split between bungalows and a new Annex building, there's a swimming pool and restaurant right at the beach. We booked a deluxe room and stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. They also gave us daily bottles of water and it was very clean. Unfortunately, although our room had a balcony, it was facing the apartments in the building next door. "

"What a great stay at The Hive. This is a wonderful boutique style hotel near the water with easy access to town. Rooms are bungalow style with AC. Super clean with great staff all around. Lots of chairs around to pool so no need to get up at 6 to throw a towel on a chair. Breakfast is great and lots of coffee options. Ive already recommended to friends and family who are now booked for March."

"Good choice for people who don’t want to be in the thick of tourists, shopping, nightlife, recluse enough to walk to Fisherman’s Village. Very good breakfast. Not so keen on the other restaurant fare. Great swimming pools for family. "

"Very good location - right in the middle of chaweng (a two minute walk to quality bars/restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc), and at the same time located on the beach - can easily walk barefoot onto the middle of chaweng beach. My room was fifteen metres from the sand. Good value for money. The real downside, the compromise, is that it’s not the best in terms of fixtures and fittings, decoration and cleanliness, and the surrounding site is in parts detelict. But they do seem to be working...

"This property was in a great location on Maenam beach We had a deluxe room literally facing the beach and the grounds were super cute. The bungalow is dated but everything was functional and there wasn't really a need for anything ultra modern since the wood decor was more charming! The only thing that would have made out stay better was a coffee maker or hot water kettle for instant coffee. The cafe/reception bungalow was a huge plus. "Nice quiet place for a good price. I liked the pool. Not many people using it with the beaches so close. Very peaceful for me. Simple place with simple rules. Respect your fellow neighbors, keep pool towels on the property (don’t take to the beach) and enjoy your stay."
