"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. Saying this the bed was big and so so comfy after walking all day. Their was a small domino stove top, small fridge for the wine and crockery and cup/glasses all was...

"from the very beginning on booking this chalet, the owner was immediately in touch with us giving full information on directions to the chalet and information regarding the chalet...incredibly helpful and clear and concise. It was a beautiful chalet set by the loch and was remote but also within 20 minutes of Fort William. The owner greeted us at the entrance, showed us everything. we knew he was there to help but never intrusive. Loved the three days there and absolutely would go back and...

"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"This property exceeded our expectations. The setting is beautiful....the cabin was clean and modern. The hotel restaurant and bar is lovely, food is delicious. EVERYONE from front desk to restaurant to bar to housekeeping was beyond nice and accommodating. I would definitely return with my family and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for everything!"

"Cozy, extremely well designed and efficient, spectacular views in a quiet and private and quaint location. 10 min drive back “The Street” where the sunsets are magical looking across the water to Isle of Skye. "Delightful, quirky property with everything needed for a short stay. The host was very welcoming and even left us a bottle of wine and some fudge. He also came out to meet us on the road just to make sure we didn't miss the entrance. We very much enjoyed our stay, especially the quiet location which was only a short drive to the centre of Broadford. The bed was comfortable and we particularly liked the luxury linen. "The property was quaint and as expected from other reviews and the listing details. It felt rather damp but there were electric fan heaters in each room which quickly warmed the place up. The Wi-Fi kept going off and we were unable to make the tv work but that wasn’t an issue as we were only there for two nights."

"Warm welcome, high standard of cleanliness. Staff all helpful.Would stay again but would request a room that is not so near the front entrance as it seemed to be near the heating/boiler which had a continual humming noise.It was still an exceptionally good hotel."
