We enjoyed our stay it was clean and tidy the breakfast cereals in the room were a nice touch .
Very close to town and easy to get something to eat .
Would love to stay there again in the future .
The check in process is a little unorthodox but the room and atmosphere was very nice. Much better than your average hotel room.

Lack of communication regarding there is actually 2 buildings and not one. Took us a bit to make sure we read all the signage on the building to find our room. tucked behind the main building, down a driveway to another building in the back. Limited parking at second building. We had to park at the main building and walk on the dark down a not very well lit alley to get to our room. Room was lovely. Location convenient.
We had a wonderful stay, we especially loved the complimentary snacks, breakfast items and drinks. It was also walkable to the restaurants and waterfront area.
Room was well appointed. Check in instructions failed to mention we were in a back building which provided some confusion. Narrow staircase with luggage was interesting. Great location.
Was disappointed by the property. Had a garden room and felt it was a little run down. However the price was good compared to other properties on Skye. Parking was good.
Nice quiet property close to activities on Isle of Skye. Good bed and had access to Netflex which was a bonus. Cereal and yogurt available in the room for breakfast.
The property met expectations.
It was a little funky but we’d stay there again.
Staff was responsive. The room was clean.
Overall, a nice place.
The baile it was in, Kyleakin, was pretty darned awesome! While a bit of a drive to the highlights on Isle of Skye, it was better than Portree in our opinion.
Well located between Isle of Skye and Port William for scenic routes and hikes. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm and management took time to show up and fix the situation despite being ‘on premises.’ Cute family room set up with two separate areas for kids/parents. However requesting housekeeping that took out trash daily required a follow-up phone call. Overall pleasant stay but can be improved in several aspects.
Bathroom floor was coming up. No washcloths. No decent coffee. Very small for 2 people.

The carpet was not tacked down and on one wall, pulled away from baseboard. The bathroom vinyl flooring planks have popped out and in some areas, poking up so I had to lay a town down as to not hurt my feet. No plug in the fitted bathroom for hairdryer. The bed was comfy but way too expensive to have popping and cracking floors. They should fix it quickly before mold gets up under the planks. Cereal, milk, and tea privided. It's a self catered facility and did not see any staff.
