Even if the hotel is 5 stars but the staff are not caring and accommodating, the property wont make it to the top. Ahmed and Abdul are few of the staffs that are very remarkable . "A party of 9, venue didn't have a clue that 3 of us had booked. My room incredibly noisy with motorised heat pump on outside wall 24/7, used soap with pubic-hairs in the shower and mouldy grouting. Food was very expensive for tiny portions and the kitchen couldn't cope with 12 diners on a Sat, so was served cold. Staff member spotted cleaning teeth in the food prep sink. AVOID"
