"We arrived early & had no idea where to go to check in. I may have missed it on the emails. We knocked a door of another cottage & it was the owner. We weren’t met with the friendliest of welcomes at first. Not impressed that we had arrived early. I had assumed that as I’d asked for the dates to be opened up that the property hadn’t been in use prior to us. However the cottage is gorgeous & fully equipped & very clean & comfortable. Owner came back later with a gorgeous chocolate cake and I think that’s why she was a little off at first because she wasnt prepared. It’s very out of the way but really lovely.."
