"The staff were so helpful and kind and let us book in early because we were going to Download Festival. Each evening they would leave cleaning stuff out for us to us before going into the hotel covered in mud. Friendly and kind would use them again any time. "

They looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. They were ran off their feet as they were looking after guests, dinner service and private functions. But did it extremely well. The owners should take heed of their staff’s dedication to running the hotel and reward them. "
