But we couldn’t even use the BBQ grill because it was missing the electronic starter. And then only one burner would light manually, and not adequately enough to cook our planned meals. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Ranch House. It was perfect for a long weekend in the wine country. The home is very quiet, and extremely comfortable. It is well appointed, with very nice furniture, beds and very clean bedding materials. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. We look forward to our next stay there."

"The Nest is tucked away in a beautiful garden overlooking vineyards as far as the eye can see. Tiny inside, it nonetheless boasts a king-size bed with the most comfortable mattress, a kitchen area and functional bathroom. Someone had paid attention to the small details prividing a make-up mirror, a night light and furniture that’s easy to re-arrange to suit your needs.The only thing I would suggest is tw o chaise lounges on the side porch. The Adirondack chairs are miserable after five minutes....

"The house is one of the best stocked homes I've ever stayed in..spices/herbs, flours, sugars..just made me want to cook. The porches and hot tub give views of the Sonoma valley, sunrise and sunset. The pool is across the property but this time of year it gives you a chance to eat blackberries on the way and look at the fresh vegetable garden to plan for dinner.
