"It's one of my favorites when I visit Houston. Nice rooms and views of Houston. It's quiet and safe. Just don't like paying for fast speed internet which is $15 a night. Wasn't like this before they remodeled but I get it in business aspect. Just not good if you're trying to stream on your own device. Also when taking a shower the water took about 7 min to get hot. Other than that the staff is great, friendly and efficient. "

"We spent Valentine's Weekend with ZaZa which also so be our engagement celebration. The staff made our stay amazing, from valet, to the front desk, to the spa, the room decorations I arranged prior to arrival, to housekeeping. This is the reason we choose Hotel ZaZa. They take care of us! "

"It was easy in and out, only the toilet seat.. it was broken and we infod they said it will be taken care of.. iHop was in walkable distance and the room is big.. our short stay was a peaceful stay.. thank you guys"
