"Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV"

"Everyone was very accommodating, and its a busy but quiet hostel for the most part. Definitely lived in but they try their best on upkeep. And their best is definitely enough! Definitely stay here for easy 5-10 minute walks for metro and plenty of dining options ariund. "

"This place is below standard in every way possible, but what the other reviews won’t tell you are how incredibly incompetent and rude the staff who work here are. "My husband and I stayed here for our first time visit to Tokyo and it was perfect. The airport limousine from Haneda happened to arrive right at the front door of the hotel which was really convenient. The location is super central and easy walking distance to explore the Shinjuku area and also to the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect - spacious, modern and clean, with a super comfortable king bed. We stayed during the weekend and whilst Shinjuku was packed, there was no noise in the room at all at level 35. Couldn’t have asked for anything more - perfect! "
