"The room is very large for this pricepoint and close to fujisawa station. Connected to convenience store and near mega discount store. But elevator is slow and rooms floor carpets are quite old."

"Fantastic room (5th floor, 2 rooms on that floor) which is quite large, separate bedroom, living areas, and bathroom which has views, balcony views of Mt Fuji, beach, and Enoshima. Nice king sized bed, good tea and coffee machine, bathroom is huge with decent bath, shower, and views over bay. Good restaurants in vicinity (maybe 5 minute walk to the restaurant hub but Mosberger is next door). Choice of breakfast, we took the Japanese style which is pretty decent - fish, rice or rice porridge, miso soup, and some sides, they alternated between salmon and white fish over the four days we were there. The staff are really lovely and really everything was perfect we had a great time and would definitely stay again, if I had one request it would be for wine to be available with the daily complimentary drinkies, but there is a supermarket 3 minutes away with plenty of options for wine anyway. "

"The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. If the bathtub floor is wet, it can feel a bit slippery, so be careful. I can only imagine how hard it would be to get you out of it and the bathroom to take you to the hospital. Pillows are thin and not very good, but the bed is alright. Very convenient to trains, buses, taxis, which is a major plus. Lots of places to eat, especially American restaurants. Go out the other exit of the train station, there is a great grocery store there. We will stay there again."
