"The view was amazing! Loved having 2 master suites. Screened deck allowed for bug free outdoor enjoyment! Lift was smooth and eliminated most of the stairs to the dock :) Took advantage of the included golf cart. Had a great evening around the fire pit making hot dogs and smores. House was plenty big enough for my family of 7 and a 4 year old :))"

"We came to visit Patties Settlement but got a lot more out of it. The property is nice and quiet and on a small creek. Nice outside spot to chill, we watch the Jake Paul and Tyson fight outside. We did not make use of the ping pong table or dart board. Bring your own coffee, and seasoning. Place was nice and met our needs for sure. Host were very responsive and kind. "
