I was down in thar area competing in a sports event and the reception staff on the night I arrived and the morning I left could not have been better. There was obvious communication between staff members which often is lost in the big chain hotels these days. Would love to return and sample the restaurant food and actually sit for breakfast."

"It’s a good hotel location to get to Lake District, free large car park. Friendly greeting at reception on check-in. Should also mention handy EV charger (fast charger) for EV cars (which I used) just off main road. So not only can you recharge your battery but also the cars. "
