"Overall enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The house was well equipped and well supplied with all the essentials. It was in a good location not far from the italian gardens and lovely views of scarborough bay. Only downside we found the sofas quite uncomfortable which was a shame as everything else was good."

"The cottage was ideally placed for going to the beaches, the market and most things in Scarborough. We stayed there with 2 adults, 2 17 year olds and 1 dog, the size of the property was perfect, we visited both beaches in Scarborough and the one in Filey which were all great.the teens went to York and Whitby for the day and went to the water park and had a great time, we found a couple of great local restaurants the plough in Scalby and Licorella in Scarborough. We had a lovely few days "

"Overall the property was very well kept, clean and tidy. The bedrooms have a really relaxing feel with very comfortable beds, the shower room was lovely and warm and working exactly as it should, these are probably the most important things for us when we book a stay away, a good shower to help relax and a great nights sleep, and the owners have got that perfect here. The only thing we felt wasn't ideal for the dark winter was the living room light is on a censor and switches on when it detects...

"The cottage is lovely, warm, comfortable and everything you need. Located outside Whitby off the Scarborough road easily accessible to local areas including Robin Hoods bay and Whitby using the buses. Many walks from the cottage too. Need a set of walking boots if the weather is wet. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Good sized accommodation for my family party of 8 with the use of a garden. Only a few minutes walk to beach, castle & other facilities in Scarborough. Host was helpful when asked about the local street parking scheme. "
