"This place was amazing! We arrived early to the hotel as we had taken the ferry over early in the morning. They were able to store our bags for the day and placed them in our rooms when the room was ready. Someone was at the door of the hotel ready to greet you as you came in. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed in it. We unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the onsen, because we were exhausted after walking so much. The view from our room was amazing, looking out over the roof of the hotel and down on cherry trees, where both birds and deer gathered. At about six pm we had a knock on the door and two gentlemen came and made up our Japanese style beds for us. The only bad thing for us was that we only booked one night here. We would have stayed on the island much longer at at this hotel longer if we had the time."

"Great and helpful service from staff on the front desk and a nice hotel in a great location for travel from Hiroshima. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well equipped. Would have loved a cold bath and sauna along with the onsen but realize you can't have everything you want. "

"Wonderful modern Ryokan. Spendy but the service was superb. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Could see Torii from the room. Free drinks and icecreams were nice touch, except Wine was not offered. Just beer, hard liquor and soft drinks "
