Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

温泉の泉質がとても良く大浴場の部屋の露天風呂も非常に楽しめました。その後屋上で素敵な眺めを楽しんだのですが、オープンスペースのせいかタバコを吸うグループが複数いて、非常に臭かったのが残念でした。禁煙にしてもらいたいし、禁煙であるなら禁煙であると明示する必要があると感じました。

部屋も広く、大きなソファーもあり4人で快適に過ごせました。ひとつ言うなら、信楽焼の露天風呂、大きくて良かったのですが高齢者には高さが有りすぎて跨ぐのが大変でした。足台でもあれば良かったかな。 宿泊料金も安く、料金も良かった。大変満足した宿泊になりました。 ありがとうございます。

貴重品を保管する金庫がなかった。 部屋のカギを信用するしかなかった。 バイキングの食事は、ん〜満足とまでは ならないですね。 ビールをお願いしようと思って待っていたら前のお客さんが予約した内容がホテル側に 通ってなかったようで、いろいろと確認する為に時間がかかり、大変いらっとしました。 バイキングの食事は高い割に、普通のメニューが多かったな。 元旦のディナーくらいもっと豪華にできないかな？ スィートに泊まっても、他の人たちと同じ食事だったから、そういうものですかね？

屋上に温泉もあり、アメニティも豊富で助かりました。 部屋は広く快適で、部屋や温泉、屋上からの景色が絶景でとても満足してます。 部屋には贅沢な檜ぶろ付きで、シャワーヘッドやドライヤー、コスメなどとても良いものが備えられ、また、無料のドリンクサービスがあり、とても快適に過ごせました。 夕食、朝食ともにビュッフェで品数も多かったのですが、夕食は人も多く、補充が追い付かず従業員の方がばたばたしておられました。朝食はゆっくりでき、従業員の皆さんも笑顔でとても気持ちよく食事ができができました。 チェックイン時にフロントの方が外国人の為　 聞き取りずらい事もありましたが、 一生懸命さが伝わって逆に好感が持てました

お部屋とお食事、スタッフの対応は最高でした。スイートに友人6人で宿泊して、このお値段とお食事、サービスが信じられないほどお得でした！レイクアウトの設定になっていたのもよかった！！ 電車で行ったが、バスの本数が少なくタクシーも少なく電話してもタクシーの空きがなく来れないと言われた。最寄駅からバスで送迎してくれるサービスがあればなおよかった。

家族の記念日に
家族の記念日に利用させて頂きました。 お部屋から瀬戸内と宮島を見渡せ、個室露天風呂も良かったです。 それと夕食のビュッフェが、蒸し牡蠣、お刺身、イクラなど海鮮が豊富で本当に良かったです。 年に一度は記念の日に利用したいと思います。
