"This property is attached to the bridge off the train station so it was super convenient and safe. I only stayed one night since I was flying out of Kansai Airport and they offered morning shuttle service which made it even more convenient!"

"My room was cool though it does feel outdated. Sometime AC wont give you full AC if you keep sweating while your sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay staff are very friendly. Their is a shuttle bus to airport but it's NOT FREE. Their is nl elevator for those who have disabilities be aware. I will stay again :) Thank you very much!"

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets.
