"I stay at this hotel very regularly. My room was lovely.Service friendly as usual.Slightly annoyed at check in when my Driver's licence was curtly demanded although I had other photo ID which I provided but was not considered valid by the very young check in receptionist.I was utterly exhausted having driven down from the North for six hours and then to have to go back to my car to fetch my driver's licence was annoying."

"Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both. Highly recommend them 👍"

"Loose tiles on bathroom floor. Very tiny tv that had basically 1 channel. Pillows on bed were very cheap quality. Room was extremely tiny. On the positive side, location was great, water pressure was very good, and price was good. "
