"Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"Communication with the owners was excellent. Unfortunately several of our group have mobility issues and accessing the property was very difficult. The property information indicated that you accessed the property via steps but they are very steep with no handrail"

"We spent 5 days here over New Years and had the most perfect time away. The farm house was so lovely and all our needs were catered for. There were even logs provided for the log fire. The location was absolutely stunning, very good for the soul. Plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the kids enjoyed it too. Beds are comfy. Helen the host greeted us when we arrived and provided us with all the information needed. She is a great host. We would very much recommend this place and will definitely...

"The house was very clean, milk in the fridge, tea bags and cookies. Perfect for arrival! It was exactly as in the photos. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends. "

Check in is at 4pm, at 5pm I had reached my destination where the accommodation was and I realized I didn’t have any information regarding my check-in process. I reached out to the host who then informed me that the accommodation was double booked and my stay would be cancelled. I then had to scramble to find accommodation last minute after travelling for 12 hours from Canada without phone...
