"Lovely, compact apartment with an absolutely stunning beach view - the photos on the site do not do it justice. Good sized rooms with a refurbished shower room complete with underfloor heating. "A perfect property for an extended family holiday. The apartment is above a pub in the centre of town. 2 mins from the beach and across the road from a park and gardens. An excellent ice cream parlour, and chip shop downstairs a brilliant coffee shop round the corner and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Plenty of space for 8 people and dogs. "Great location with almost everything in NB walkable . Facilities were very clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Stairs were noted in property description and definitely an issue if you had significant luggage. Also a bit of concern on the cleanliness of hallway and staircase area which is not necessarily the owner’s fault . "Communications with Andrew prior to our arrival were first class. We had a friendly welcome to the property by Gordon who showed us around the apartment. The apartment was cozy and very clean. I don’t think I have stayed at a better equipped rental property. The property is located 2 minutes from North Berwick GC and is at the end of the town’s delightful high street. If you are coming to North Berwick this is the place to stay!"

"We visited Broughty Ferry as I still have family there. I was born and brought up in Dundee and latterly my parents moved to Broughty Ferry to live. As we now live in the Midlands it is very difficult for us to visit very often but we had a most enjoyable stay at the Estuary Apartment. And would definitely book it again if and when we visit Broughty Ferry"
