"Good location. Room 511 had Odd position of bed..difficult to access far side. Electric frying pan had no lead! There was only a bread knife but the reception sorted a chefs knife for me. Reception team Queenie and Martin were very helpful. "

"Would not have initially chosen this accommodation - only that it was conveniently located to Aged Care facility where we were visiting relative. Room was small but sufficient. Could have provided more cutlery, especially if more than 2 pax were staying. eg.only 1xtablespoon and 1xsoup spoon provided, no tea-towel , no glasses provided. External steps leading to property had spillage and was not cleaned during our 2day stay. Overall property condition was fair and could do with an upgrade and...

"Absolutely disgusting.. Pictures do not look like the room complete Dirty. Rubbish under the bed. Mirrors had marks. Black strands of hair in cutlery draw. I left after 30 mins. Still trying to get my refund.. "

"We were on the ground floor, and it was noisy because the room was adjacent to the roadway and the trams. Someone left the doors to the outdoor area open before we arrived, and it had rained and wet the carpet in the room in front of the doors. Not ideal."
