"I booked two nights in this hotel. Rooms look ok but smoking is aloud in the rooms. Heavy smell of smoke sinked on curtains,bed fabric etc, which is a torcher for a non smoker..  I couldn't stay or sleep in the room, they offered to clean the room next morning but room needs more than cleaning for smell to go away.. It is not aloud to smoke indoors in Turkey  which is ironic. I left following morning and didn't get a refund for the second day to a non smoking hotel. "

"NO LIGHTS in our room the whole stay !! I keep telling them but then they’d cut off the main power leaving us with no power no wifi the whole night. On a day or two, there would be power or “electricity” to them, but NO LIGHTS in our room. The toilet lid and soap dispenser were hanging on to dear life.
