"Easy check in and Joyce communicated quickly. The house was as pictured. It can be a little noisy if you have teens. The lower level is easily heard in the bedrooms on the upper level as they are all connected by a center stairway. Kids enjoyed the pool table. "The host was so kind and helpful. The home had everything for our family with ages ranging from 4-60! So many little details that were such a blessing to see in the home! Didn't see any bears- The road from the Bypass is a little scary that is the way GPS brought us in- if you take the main road (Ski Mountain Rd) it is not nearly as scary. I thought that I would mention that for anyone traveling from flatter lands. We live in the mountains so it wasn't a big deal. Once you get to the property the views are incredible! "This place was definitely a splid place to stay while attending Knoxville for a short trip. The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. "Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. "Lovely outdoor decks, hot tub and pool. House was pretty clean and had plenty of towels. Good floor plan for families. Lacking in storage and kitchen pots and pans needed replaced badly. There was not a lot of serving dishes or prep dishes. As a family of 9 who ate at the house every dinner it was necessary to run dishes every night. Bedding and mattresses were subpar at best. "We loved this place! Kitchen was stocked with dishes/cookware. Could use a deep cleaning. Indoor pool was too cold to use but hot tub was great! Great location- close to things. Driveway is a little steep. We will hopefully be back in the future. "
