"Best place to sleep but not the best view from the window"

"This inn is adorable. We booked on our way into town through hotels.com and then saw that check in ended at 10pm and we wouldn’t make it until 11pm. I left a message and the front desk clerk called back within 5 minutes to let me know where I would find my key when we arrived. The inn is absolutely charming. The decor is warm and cozy and they have beautiful music playing in the lobby. Arriving felt like being at an enchanted castle. It was so quiet I slept through the night. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the room heated up quickly on a chilly evening. There were plenty of breakfast options and the owner was there in the morning to be sure we had everything we needed. Also: GREAT water pressure! Although it looks like a mountain inn on the outside, the inside is more like a classic B&B. "

"Thank you Audrey for the warm welcome!! It's a beautiful lodge with the river across the road and beautiful tree filled hillside. Audrey was so friendly to start a fire outside and visited with us. She made us feel right at home. It's very clean and homey. I recommend you stay here if you can it's well worth it!!"
