As you step inside, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, accentuated by several cozy fireplaces spread throughout the home. These beautiful hearths are perfect for gathering around after a day of exploring the outdoors, offering a snug spot to unwind and share stories.

The house boasts four full bathrooms and two half baths, ensuring ample space and convenience for all guests. Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed with modern fixtures and a touch of elegance to make your stay comfortable.

The heart of our home is the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a culinary enthusiast's dream. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a sumptuous dinner to enjoy with your group, the kitchen has everything you need.

Each of the 10 bedrooms is a haven of relaxation, featuring plush bedding and serene decor that echoes the natural beauty outside. Perfect spot for ski weekend
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host was very communicative and helpful as we planned for our stay. The house was a perfect spot for a long ski weekend with friends. It had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our while crew to spread out and feel like they had their own space. The kitchen was PERFECT for cooking for a large group and the pool table/picnic table became the ideal hang out spot while we were at the house. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

The house was in great shape and had more room than the listing indicated. Lots of common areas and the sauna and hot tub are nice. Location was good for skiing at Killington.

Amazing weekend
We've stayed at many ski houses, and this was by far one of the best. Great amenities, location, and TONS of space. Full chef's kitchen, endless sleeping space, and a cozy bar area. We will definitely be returning.

This is my group's second time staying at this property and we can on continuing for years to come. This home has plenty of space for privacy when needed and large common areas for gathering. I can't recommended Yvonne's property enough.

Beyond expectations!
Stayed for one weekend at this beautiful Killington home, which is even more amazing than the pictures and description portray! Group of 10 fit very comfortably in this home with two large living rooms, large kitchen, hot tub, pool table, foseball, a bar area, and more! Plenty of beds, towels, and extra linens if needed. Owners instructions were clear, and when we needed additional assistance, the owner was very responsive. 5 minutes from Killington's main lot! I will definitely be coming back!

All we expected!
This is a large house that accommodated our family reunion, which fluctuated from 10 to 15 people. Lots of separate living spaces available but we pretty much stayed in the kitchen area with the pool table. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers and kitchen was well equipped with really big pots! Stove is a dream come true for any chefs in the group. A very good experience.

Huge house in a great location
Our group of 16 very much enjoyed our time at Yvonne's house. The place is huge, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and seating areas to fit us all comfortably. Checking in and out was easy, and communication is great. Plus, we are a group of skiiers, and this house was just an 8 min drive to Killington which was awesome. Some things to note is that the info provided on the listing isn't completely up to date, but there is a welcome packet that gets sent which is all accurate. You'll also have to bring/buy your own things like hand soap, paper towels, etc. which isn't too bad considering a large group.

Annual Killington ski trip
We/a group of 25 , adults, and children ! Had an absolute phenomenal time at Yvonne’s Killington, Black Diamond Lodge ! The house is huge and will literally take you 20 minutes to remember where the hell you’re at . All nice size rooms with full-size bathrooms strategically placed among them . Master bedroom with soaking tub & full shower is a must for the head Huncho . Fully stocked kitchen , has every utensil down to the biggest pot to feed an army. Not to mention the professional stove/oven with griddle top to mass produce the best bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches to feed that army before heading to the mountain . Home also equipped with pool table, foosball, table, bar plus hot tub, & sauna to soothe those muscles after a long day on the mountain . And not to mention multiple TVs in order to watch the big game “ Super Bowl ”Killington Black Diamond Lodge had everything our group needed. Thank you so much Yvonne for letting us enjoy your home & can’t wait to return !

Killington rental
The house is large and great for large group. However there was sewer gas smells daily. The owner came adjusted vents and poured Clorox down the drain and filled large soaking tub with water. So that tub could not be used. And we smelled Clorox which was better than sewer. Plus we had a 3 year old and expectant mom in our group. The smells were not healthy for them. We had to light candles to mask the smell. The kitchen is not well equipped. There were no serving bowls. We put our food in large pots on the table. Not enough wine glasses for each adult to have one. We had 12 adults. Dishes chipped. The house was dirty and junk in drawers in cabinets. The owner did not respond timely to requests for information or send welcome email when she stated she would. The stairs and deck were covered with snow when we arrived and when we left there had been an ice storm the night before and the stairs and driveway were a sheet of ice. The pluses of the house close to ski slopes, the number of bedrooms was great for our family of 13.

Nice property , attention to detail needed
Firstly, the trip went perfectly and the house was great for a large group like ours ( 18 ). The kitchen and front room were a great gathering spot, as were the 2 living rooms. Parking for 7 cars was also easy. The industrial range and dual ovens made meals very simple. Overall, it was a very nice house. However, there were some things that we didn't appreciate as a group. Small, sort of weird things you'd normally overlook, but they made an impression on us. 1. There are no curtains or blinds in any of the bed rooms. This was the biggest issue. So basically, your wake up call is whenever the sunrises in the morning. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation for a bunch of us who were getting our first weekend away from our kids in years, and not being able to sleep past 730am was rather disappointing. 2. The TV in the kitchen wouldn't turn on. I messaged the owner and never got a response about this. 3. The property was littered with garbage. Cigarette butts, broken bottles, beer cans, and other random garbage. 4. There were no batteries in any of the remotes for any of the TVs. We went and bought batteries and replaced them all, it wasn't a big deal. But just very strange. I messaged the owner about this and she was apologetic. So, in conclusion, the house and property is a great place for a large group vacation, but I think attention to detail is important and these few things took this from a 4 or 5 star review to a 3 star.

Great location & house, could use some improvements
Our large group of friends enjoyed our stay at this perfect sized house & the location couldn’t be beat. You have privacy & the house layout was incredible so no one was on top of each other. We had babies who were able to sleep while adults had plenty of space to hang out & have fun. The patio, fire pit & hot tub were huge hits as were the living spaces (2 huge living rooms & a kitchen table that easily fit 16.) As for improvements - the place wasn’t the cleanest, including the kitchen. The dishwasher was full of water on the bottom so it was unusable as we didn’t want to run it & cause a flood. There’s mold from a water issue in the basement (on the ceiling). There wasn’t hand soap at most of the sinks & no toiletries provided such as your basic all-in-one shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We were missing a can opener and some other basic kitchen necessities. The ice machine & water in the fridge didn’t work. Also, there is a camera on property (only one, outside by the front door), which is not listed. The welcome info & actual listing has discrepancies such as check in & check out time, linen information, and door code. It is clear the info hasn’t been updated in some time, & I got answers when I asked the host, but this is something easy they should do for a rental. Communication with the host was poor. We were not provided any check in information until after we arrived and even then, I had to find a number online to call the host in order to get the door code. Typical communication took 2-3 days on average from the host prior to our stay. It was fine, but just nerve wracking & luckily the check in issue all worked out. A water sensor alarm went off around 11:30pm our first night & we had no info on how to turn it off - or if it was something to worry about in general. I was able to call the host, but would have preferred to avoid bothering them, especially that late at night. Overall, our group agreed we would stay here again, but wish some things were cleaner, info updated & that we had known about some of it prior to arrival such as missing hand soap, etc so we would have been better prepared. Lovely home, especially for a large group & such a wonderful area of Vermont.

This place was EPIC
HUGE house. Unbelievable amount of sleeping possibilities. Great hang out spaces, loved the pool table, bar, and fusbol table. The sauna and hot tub were excellent. Kitchen has two ovens so it was easy to cook for a large group. Truly a spectacular stay- we had no reason to leave other than to ski! (And only 10 minutes from the mountain!) Yvonne was so easy to reach- she responded within 5 minutes every time. Thanks so much Yvonne!
