"This was our third or fourth time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. I have been to Kauai a number of times and as far as I am concerned this is the best property on the island. My 102 year old dad is a Pearl Harbor survivor so we make the trip to the ceremony every December and then hop over to Kauai for a little vacation, this house is perfect for him. I 10/10 recommend it!"

"We had the best time staying here for 7 nights. The house is right on the ocean and the beauty is what you dream of when you think of Hawaii. Everything lived up to what Steve posted on VRBO. My favorite was the master bedroom and with the windows open with the breeze and waves you felt like you were sleeping on the beach."

"My husband and i with 3 adult children stayed at Ron and Pams condo in Princeville and we had a lovely time. It was clean and well provisioned. We cooked our breakfast daily as well as a few dinners and didn't have any trouble with the kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and it was never overly hot at any time inside. "We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. It’s overpriced for the accommodations but we still go back because the location is amazing."

"We were completely enchanted by our stay here. It reminded me of the beach cottages I used to stay in as a child but with all the modern amenities! Plenty of beach gear provided and the perfect snorkeling beach a couple of blocks away. We loved it so much we had to extend our stay. "This property was as listed, had what we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. It was in a great location close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The bedroom AC units were wonderful. It was fairly hot in the main part of the house in the afternoon, but we were out and about most days anyways!
