"A great place to stay in Central Oxford for a weekend, plus we needed to drop off luggage early and the contact was very helpful. Note that the hotel is unstaffed for large parts of the time, also being central it was quite noisy at night, but very cosy and clean. "

"When we arrived we had a lovely warm welcome by Pam. Pam showed us our room we were staying in which was on the ground floor as I have difficulty with walking. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. It is close to great restaurants and pubs and shopping. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast and great service. "While it is quite old fashioned - it was comfortable and quiet, and I slept like a log, with very nice staff. The breakfast was nice and freshly cooked with lovely fresh proper coffee. Downers - the shower is one of those very slow rate electrical ones."

"This is a lovely thoughtfully styled hotel. The staff are all genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Decent water pressure in the shower. Generous supply of tea/coffee in room. Variety of tasty options on the dinner menu. The Full English Breakfast is a must have. Good central location for sightseeing. Would highly recommend and definitely would return. "

"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all very much and we will definitely return. "

"Stayed for one night in the Burford room, which was an accessible room, with lots of space and a walk in wet room. It was under floor heated and therefore whilst being spacious was also cosy. Beautiful crisp white linen and towels and a super cosy duvet. Headed up by GM Dragos and deputy Connor, this very small team are doing a fabulous job of making the Harcourt Arms a very welcoming place to be. Nothing is too much trouble. "The property was in excellent condition and stocked with everything we needed. The house was spacious and comfortable for six of us. Idyllic, friendly village with good access to local tourist spots. Host was quick to help during our stay. Can’t recommend it enough. "
