"This was a lovely boutique type hotel set in the country, where the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were comfy and clean, and the food was excellent. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends"

"The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed on a Wednesday which is steak night so if you want a meal there make sure you book first as it was very busy. It was also a bit pricey .Went for a lovely Country walk for an hour or so around the area till it got dark. Only down side was breakfast. I only book a hotel where breakfast is included but here you only have cold breakfast (which was ok & good choice) but if you want hot food or a good old fry up, you have to...

"The staff here avoided air fresheners at my request, and avoided putting the radiator on. The room was still warm in November. It’s in a lovely rural setting. I would love to stay for pleasure next time. "

"The glamping pod was really cosy and the bed very comfortable for a good nights sleep. It was great to have an ensuite toilet and shower and the cooking facilities too. The pub staff were friendly and helpful, good real ales and tasty food. There's a good choice of local walks from the door too. All in all it was good value and we would definitely go back again."

"Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. I wish that we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back. We enjoyed the breakfast, what a great way to start the day! The tasting menu and service at dinner was exceptional. We will definitely be back!"
