The Reception attendant was friendly, helpful, annd professional. She provided restaurant recommendations, of which we chose a delicious option: Hanoi on Manning. Finishes within the public areas and the room were premium and aligned with the overall design theme for the hotel to support a bespoke, restful, and enjoyable stay! "
