"Buyer beware. Our room was water damaged from a storm, wet carpet, wet mattress, wet sheets and the stench was appalling. Due to festival no alternate accommodation was available in Berry, Kiama, Wollongong. We braved it for 1 night and cancelled our second night as the room was uninhabitable. Despite promising a refund, they later said the terms and conditions stated refunds were not an option, even though the room was uninhabitable and not fit for purpose. "Close to beach and walking track"

"We arrived late in the evening and the A/C was on in the room as it was freezing outside. The lamps were on and it was very inviting. The room was so clean (cleanest we’ve seen and we do travel quite a bit). The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again"
