"Staff very rude always make us felt uncomfortable not really supportive steering and misleading their customer I’m not really surprised specially at the tourist area but their neglecting unprofessional could accuse customers for missing items before carefully checking throughly if it was corrected before to make any call to the customer simple stuff could mess up people vacation."

"Comfortable, clean, and newly furnished room. Friendly staff, though not fluent in English. Fantastic location, just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, but some areas are restricted as it’s a private beach for nearby resorts. Limited food options and activities nearby, and breakfast gets repetitive after a few days. Still, one of the best and most value for money accommodation in the area."

"We arrived in the middle of the night to the airport at Phu Qouc. I texted the hotel via whatsapp only to find out that all rooms were full.. I sent picutres of our confirmed and paid booking but nothing helped. We took a taxi to the hotel and found out it doesnt exist. Scam! Do not be fooled by their prices on hotels or airbnb. Best regards, Not yet received my refund"

"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. Good location for covering all the different things to see in phu quoc. Hotel is nice and grounds beautiful just not sure it’s good value compared to other...

"We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The resort features beautiful swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach. With three restaurants on-site, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside for us was the lack of activities or amenities outside the resort—restaurants and shopping require a taxi. Despite this, we’re already thinking about coming back! "

"Beautiful beach and gardens. Our room was right outside a water feature so was a lovely sound to wake up to. The beach is cleaner than Long Beach. The restaurant at Mango Bay next door is fantastic. the room was designed with thought and well executed. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely fruit bowl on the first day. "Rustic, full of flowers and plants. I was first very concerned about mosquitos since the rustic design leaving the room not sealed from the environment. Surprisingly I did not get a single bite during the stay. Maybe it was not the mosquito season. I wish they have a bed turn down service at the evening. However, I did get food poisoning at its restaurant. The rice they served that time should never has passed the kitchen, which hopefully will be done better in the future. "

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!"
