"Excellent quiet location, well off the beaten path. Cabin was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Kitchen is setup very well, plenty of cooking utensils on hand. Quite a few games as well as DVD’s in the cabin as well as 2 smart tv’s and excellent wifi. Property is very wooded and has its own lake even! Jeff is a great host, would recommend and stay again!"

"The cabin has a great layout, with a fantastic open kitchen for cooking and socializing. The owner made some thoughtful seasonal touches, to make the space inviting as well upon arrival. We were able to set up in the backyard on a clear night and take some astrophotography in addition to enjoying the large bon fire pit. It's also just up the road from the city of sandstone, and Banning State Park which has lots of great hiking trails, the Kettle River, and some waterfalls. Would definitely book again and for a longer stay next time!"

"We stayed there last year and returned again for a weekend away. Very clean and comfortable with all the kitchen tools needed. Tip: if there on the weekend, pre-order ribs from Duquette's General Store. Simply amazing!"

"I was up there for a photo trip and found this location was centrally located for many great photo spots in the MN and WI area. The property is actually nicer than the photos show especially the exterior photos. The Interior photos are accurate. It’s a cozy place as described, the deck with a small table is a great addition and was perfect. Having a fire pit was perfect as well and was great for evening comfort and entertainment. It’s a great place to “unplug”. I missed the part in their description (all my bad) that the bathroom is in a separate building. I probably would not have chosen this cabin had I seen it. BUT… The reality is it was no big deal at all. It’s big, clean, comfortable and well decorated. I would definately go back. "
